How Do I cancel an item Purchased on Seatwisse

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage: If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify delivery people immediately and file a complaint with customer care
  • Within 72 hours, the damage and fault will be investigated, and a solution will be supplied. If, in seatwisse opinion, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective action may be taken to resolve the issue, as seatwisse deems suitable.
  • Cancellation due to incorrect product: If the product does not meet the parameters specified in your initial order, raise the issue immediately and notify support.

  • Products purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned.

 

Return & Refund

If you are qualified for a refund, it will be issued to you in accordance with the following guidelines:

 

  • All refunds and replacements are subject to the pick-up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises.
  • Within 2-3 days of getting the products returned at the warehouse, a refund will be started.
  • Refunds will be processed via NEFT, cash, or the original method of payment.
  • Processing fees may be deducted depending on the orders.

 

 Warranties

  • The product is covered by a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing flaws as well as inherent termite and borer concerns.
  • This limited warranty does not cover the following items:
  • During the cleaning procedure, there may be minor scrapes, scratches, or damage.
  • Damaged as a result of improper product installation
  • Cracks formed during random displacement
  • Product exposed to direct sunshine and water, resulting in wood degradation
  • Solid woods, over time, develop small cracks known as checks, which are not covered by faults or warranties because they do not shorten the life of the product.
  • According to industry norms, unevenness of up to 5 mm might occur due to differences in surface and floor levels. There is no warranty in that circumstance.
  • Upholstery, coverings, and cushion covers come with no warranty.

 

 

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will work with you to ensure a smooth installation experience.

The free delivery offer is only valid for the first visit to your ship-to address. In the event of a missed delivery (from a customer), an additional visiting charge would apply for later installation.

In the absence of a service lift in your flat, our delivery partner will only transport the merchandise to the ground floor. (If appropriate)

Weekend or specified time deliveries are subject to additional fees.

If the order reaches your local delivery center and you do not receive the products, we will store them for 10 days; after that, seatwisse will be free to charge for keeping the products for longer.
